- 90g red pepper cream Sur le Sentier des Bergers
- 1 avocado
- 1 half bell pepper
- Fresh goat cheese
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt, pepper

1. Spread the red pepper cream on the slices of rye bread
2. Cut the avocado into large strips and arrange the strips on the sandwiches
3. Cut the red pepper into thin strips and place them on the avocado slices
