TOMATO TOAST WITH TOHOÏNADE

PREPARATION
- Wash the tomato
- Lengthwise, cut 5 or 6 slices of about 1cm
- Arrange the slices on a plate
- Spread a tablespoon of toïonade on each slice
- Cut the pitted black olives in half. Arrange a few pieces on the tomatoes
- Arrange a few basil leaves on top
- Store in the refrigerator. Take them out about fifteen minutes before tasting
