PREPARATION

  1. Wash the tomato
  2. Lengthwise, cut 5 or 6 slices of about 1cm
  3. Arrange the slices on a plate
  4. Spread a tablespoon of toïonade on each slice
  5. Cut the pitted black olives in half. Arrange a few pieces on the tomatoes
  6. Arrange a few basil leaves on top
  7. Store in the refrigerator. Take them out about fifteen minutes before tasting
