TWISTS WITH YELLOW PEPPER CREAM

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 puff pastry
  • a 90g jar of yellow pepper cream
  • 3 to 4 thin slices of cured ham
  • 1 egg yolk
  • A few sesame seeds

RECIPE PREPARATION

  1. Unroll the puff pastry and cut it in the middle.
  2. Spread the yellow pepper cream on one of the semicircles.
  3. Place pieces of cured ham on the yellow pepper cream
  4. Cover with the second semicircle.
  5. Then cut strips about 3.5cm. Twist them to form twists.
  6. Brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Place the twists on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 °
Tip: for a change, you can replace the cream of yellow peppers with cream of red peppers!
