YELLOW PEPPER CREAM AND CHORIZO PIE
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 200°.
1 - Unfold your puff pastry into your mould.
2 - Using a fork, make small holes all over the surface of the pastry
3 - Cut the chorizo into small cubes and slices or strips. Reserve the strips for later.
4 - Mix the eggs, the semi-thick cream and the yellow peppers cream and add the chorizo cubes to the mixture. Season to taste.
5 - Apply the mixture to the pastry, leaving a few centimetres of border.
6 - Lay the chorizo slices on your pie.
7 - Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
Enjoy your pie without moderation.
