- In a bowl, mix 2 of the 35g jars of truffle slices and their oil with the crème fraîche, then let steep in the refrigerator.
- Bring the water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle with truffle. Please note, the artisanal tagliatelles Sur le Sentier des Bergers are to be cooked only 2 to 3 minutes maximum!
- Take the truffled cream out of the fridge and add 50g of Parmesan cheese.
- In a skillet over very low heat, mix the tagliatelle with the truffle cream and parmesan.
- Serve the tagliatelle with truffles in soup plates and sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
- Use the 3rd jar of truffle slices to arrange some on the tagliatelle and the edges of plates, then serve.
Small advice: Keep the conservation oil of the strips of the 3rd jar, it is used in cooking! For example, you can use it in a summer salad.
