tagliatelle pesto

INGREDIENTS

For 2 to 3 people: 

PREPARATION

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water.
  2. Cook the tagliatelle for 2 to 3 minutes, no more! (The fresh egg tagliatelle Sur le Sentier des Bergers does not require more cooking)
  3. Drain the pasta and add the pesto to the Génovèse.
  4. Divide into 2 or 3 soup plates.
  5. Add the parmesan and a few sprigs of fresh basil to each plate.
  6. If you like pine nuts, add a small handful of pine nuts on each plate!
