- Drain the sardines but keep the oil.
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- Mix the flour, yeast, salt and eggs in a bowl with a lot of energy.
- Add the cream and 2 tablespoons of oil from the sardines.
- Add the sardines and pepper to the mixture and stir the whole mixture while lifting the dough.
- Butter your cake pan.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
Let the cake cool and serve it sliced!
