- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Dice the bacon, cheddar and sun-dried tomatoes
- In a bowl, beat the eggs
- Add flour and baking powder, then mix
- Add oil and milk and mix again until smooth
- Add the diced bacon and sun-dried tomatoes to the mixture
- Salt, pepper to your liking
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180°
- Check for doneness with a knife
