INGREDIENTS

For 1 pie/6 people :

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Brown the bacon in a hot skillet.
  3. Add the mushrooms (if they make too much water, empty it)
  4. While cooking, dice the sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Put the dough in a pie dish (round or rectangular)
  6. Sprinkle the bottom of the pie with 3 tablespoons of Parmesan.
  7. When cooked, place the mushrooms and bacon on top.
  8. Add the diced sun-dried tomatoes.
  9. Sprinkle with the rest of the parmesan.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°.

The tart can be eaten both hot and cold !
