INGREDIENTS

For 6 people :

  • 200g flour
  • 60g of sugar
  •  125g of butter
  • 100g of lemon cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 100g icing sugar

RECIPE PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Preparation of the dough : Take two eggs, separate the yolk from the white and keep only the yolk (the white will be used for the preparation of the meringue), whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, and add 2 teaspoons of water to see a foam appear.
  3. In another container, mix the flour and the cut butter.
  4. Add the first preparation and mix.
  5. Form a ball with the dough obtained, then flatten it with a rolling pin.
  6. Place the dough on parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool for 20 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare the meringue: Whisk the egg whites, then add the icing sugar and flour until the preparation is firm.
  8. Once the dough has cooled, brush it with the lemon cream, then add the meringue.
  9. Cover it with lemon cream. Add meringue on top.
  10. Bake at 150°C for 10 minutes until the meringue is golden on top.
