RECIPE PREPARATION

  1. Wash the cucumber. If it's organic, you don't have to peel it.
  2. Cut the cucumber into 4 cm long sections. Dig the inside with a teaspoon while leaving the bottom strong enough to prevent it from breaking.
  3. Using a teaspoon, fill the cucumber bites with red pepper cream.
  4. Garnish with sprigs of flat parsley.
  5. Store in a cool place and serve 2 hours maximum after preparation because the cucumber dries quickly.

TIPS

The rest of the pepper cream can be used to soak your vegetables for a future aperitif.

The cucumber balls will very well accommodate your pasta salads!
