RECIPE PREPARATION

  1. Spread the inside of the sandwich bread with Sur le Sentier des Bergers truffle mustard.
  2.   Add ham and cheese according to your tastes.
  3.   Close with another slice of mustard bread.
  4.    Grill on both sides in a pan with butter and a little truffle oil.
  5. Cut in 4 to serve as appetizers during an aperitif.

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, egg and then the butter.
  3. Knead until you have a smooth dough and form a ball. Leave to rest for 1 hour in the fridge.
  4. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and form a rectangle 1 cm thick.
  5. Cut out discs with a cookie cutter. Cut out the center of half of the discs.
  6. Bake the shortbread covered with parchment paper for 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Let cool on a rack.
  8. Spread a spoonful of jam over the whole shortbread. Sprinkle the hollowed-out shortbread with icing sugar and assemble them.
