madeleine with pesto

INGREDIENTS

For 6 persons

  • 150g of Pesto alla Genovese
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g of flour
  • 20g of grated Gruyère cheese
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 6 tablespoons pine nuts
  • Salt pepper

RECIPE PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 240 °

1. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the flour and the baking powder. Add the grated Gruyère cheese, salt and pepper.

2. Add the Pesto alla Genovese and some pine nuts, and mix.

3. Fill the madeleine molds. Add 3 or 4 pine nuts on each madeleine and bake for 10 minutes at 180 °.
