INGREDIENTS

For 16 mini puffs:

RECIPE PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into 16 squares.
  3. Place a teaspoon of honey onion confit on the shepherd's trail on each square.
  4. Place a slice of goat cheese on each square.
  5. Sprinkle some herbs of Provence on the squares.
  6. Fold each corner in the centre of the squares (the squares will reopen a little during cooking).
  7. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
To be enjoyed warm ... as an aperitif or as a starter.
