INGREDIENTS

Fifteen cherry tomatoes
30g of Pesto alla Genovese
30g of feta

PREPARATION

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Cut the feta into small pieces
Prepare the appetizer tomatoes by putting the top of the half-cherry tomatoes underneath in order to have more balance. This will prevent the appetizer tomato from rolling.
Cover the half-cherry tomato with Genovese pesto. Add a piece of feta, then cover with the other cherry tomato half.
Do the same with the other cherry tomatoes
Arrange them on a pretty plate.

A simple and original aperitif to peck !
